Transport Optimisation Raptors Transport
1. General
- T.O Raptors provides courier and delivery services within Melbourne Metro, Regional Victoria, and interstate (by arrangement).
- By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- T.O Raptors reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
2. Services
- Services offered include same-day delivery, weekend and after-hours delivery, fragile goods handling, medical and pathology transport, regional and interstate delivery.
- Delivery times are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery times in the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic delays, weather conditions).
3. Bookings & Quotes
- Quotes are provided based on the details you supply (pickup, destination, size/weight of goods, timeframe).
- Final charges may vary if the actual job differs from the details provided.
Bookings should be made as early as possible for same-day delivery. - Regional and interstate bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Payments
- Payment terms will be advised at the time of booking.
- For account customers, invoices are payable within [14/30] days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made as soon as possible.
- Same-day cancellations may still incur a partial or full charge if the driver has already been dispatched.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring your goods are securely packaged and labeled for transport.
- Fragile or special-handling items must be clearly identified when booking.
- Dangerous or prohibited goods (e.g., explosives, illegal items) must not be sent through our service.
7. Liability
- T.O Raptors takes all reasonable care in handling your goods.
- Liability for loss or damage is limited to the lower of:
1. The cost of repair or replacement of the item, or
2. The maximum coverage provided by our insurance policy. - We are not liable for losses caused by delays due to events outside our control (e.g., accidents, road closures, extreme weather).
8. Insurance
- Goods are transported under limited transit insurance. Customers are encouraged to arrange additional coverage if required for high-value goods.
9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
